    - You are considered a member of fishing ship crew if you are in business defined in
    Sub-section (1) of Article 8(1) o and sub-section (1) of Article 43(1) of the Fishery Act or
    if you have signed a labor contract working on the ship (which weighs more than 20 tones)
    for more than 6 months. Also you are a sailor defined as Article 3(5) of the Vessel Crew
    Act
