- Article 1 (Enforcement Date)

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
- Article 2 (Revision of Other Acts)

Parts of the Employee Skills Development Act shall be revised as follows :
“The provisions in Article 20” in Article 20 (2) 3 shall be changed to “Article 21.”
