| Eligible Persons | Persons intending to enter the Republic of Korea without a visa for purposes such as tourism or transit. |
| Maximum Length of Stay Granted at One Time | The period separately determined by the Minister of Justice |
| Change of Status of Stay and Extension of Stay Period | In principle, those who enter for visa waiver agreements or for tourism/transit purposes are not permitted to extend their stay period or change their status of stay.
If the stay period exceeds the agreement period or the period separately determined by the Minister of Justice, they must be advised to obtain a visa before entry. Required Documents 1.
