If an individual changed from Research (E-3) to Professor (E-1) visa status, the length of stay under both statuses may be combined, and if the total domestic stay exceeds 2 years, points will be granted. 3) Verified by the Global Startup Immigration Center and recommended, applicant received an investment of 100 million KRW or more from an AC or VC for startup purposes. 4) If the applicant holds (registered) intellectual property rights from an OECD country, OASIS-2 training is waived and points are granted. |
