    2. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
    
    Providing a set of skills to Korean citizens or companies in accordance with the technology transfer contract as set forth in the Foreign Investment Promotion Act Providing a set of skills that is otherwise unattainable in the Republic of Korea to public․private companies
    
    - Person who is dispatched from a foreign contractual service provider to provide a set of skills for special areas of industrial engineering
    
    - Persons providing specialized technology introduced by domestic industries
