An employer may grant workers leaves in lieu of wage payments for extended work, night work, or holiday work according to a written agreement that is concluded between him/her and the labor representative.
Labor representative is a representative of the labor union. (where there is no such organized labor union, this shall refer to a person who represents more than half of the workers)
