Addenda <Act No. 9794, Oct. 9, 2009＞ ＜Revision of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act>

This Act shall enter into force six months after its promulgation.
- Article 2 (Revision of Other Laws)

(1) Parts of the Act on the Collection, etc., of Premiums for Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance shall be revised as follows :
“Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Deliberation Committee” in Article 14 (4) and the former part of Article 22-2 (1) shall be changed to “Deliberation Committee on Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance and Prevention”.
